Just Keep Breathing

I had a post scheduled for today….but I decided not to publish it. Yesterday was a long day.

Ben tried to make today a lovely day again. It was very cold though. After my meecrowahvey treatment, he took me to a park a colleague had told him about and we saw amazing fall colours.

It was lovely. I became very emotional though. This illness is sometimes so overwhelming. Just trying to put one foot in front of the other and remembering to just keep breathing at the moment.
